Privacy Policy
We respect our website’s visitors and understand that you are concerned about privacy. Therefore, www.acapnm.com have instituted policies intended to ensure that your personal information is handled securely and responsibly. We have posted this Privacy Policy to let you know what kind of information we collect, how it is handled, and with whom it may be shared.
This Privacy Policy may change as we continue to develop our websites, applications, and online services or programs, so we encourage you to refer to this Privacy Policy on an ongoing basis, so that you understand our current Privacy Policy.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us at pastor@acapnm.com.
What information do we collect?
1. Non-personal information
Like many organizations, we monitor the use of our websites by collecting “non-personal information,” which is information that, by itself, cannot be used to identify or contact you, such as demographic information (like your zip code) or technical information (like the type of browser you are using).
We may collect non-personal information through cookies and other similar methods. Cookies are small files that a website or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser, so that the website remembers how to interact with you and provides a personalized experience. For example, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart and to understand and save your preferences for future visits. The majority of web browsers accept cookies and similar files, but you can usually change the browser settings to prevent this. Visit your browser or device’s help section to determine whether these settings are available. Please note that we may not recognize or respond to browser or device signals around tracking, and some browser or device settings may interfere with your use of features on our websites.
In some cases, third-party companies known as service providers are authorized to place cookies and similar technologies on our websites with our permission. These may be used to help us deliver our own content and advertising, and to compile anonymous site metrics and analytics. Third-party cookies and similar technologies are covered by the third parties’ privacy policies.
2. Personal information
We collect various types of “personal information,” depending on how you use our websites, such as:
- When you make a purchase or donation on one of our websites, we collect your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and bank account or credit card information to provide you updates pertaining to your order, process transactions, and, as permitted by law, send periodic emails about services or events we think may be of interest to you. We also retain a record of the purchases and donations you make on our websites.
- When you fill out a form or submit a message or inquiry on one of our websites, we collect your name and email address to respond to your request or support needs.
- When you register to receive emails from us, we collect your name and email address, and in some cases, pin code, country of residence, and birth date to improve customer service, more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs, and, as permitted by law, send periodic emails about services or events we think may be of interest to you.
- When you sign up to serve as a volunteer for our events, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number to communicate for scheduling and other purposes.
In many circumstances, we will not collect or process your personal information without your consent. We will ask for your express consent where required or where we find it appropriate. By using our site, you consent to our web site Privacy Policy. If you choose to give us personal information through our websites, we will assume legitimate interest and consent, and we will collect and retain that information on our servers. If you choose not to consent, please do not use our website, products, or services, and do not provide us with any personal information. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at pastor@acapnm.com.

Each time we send you an email of this nature, we provide you with the opportunity to opt out of receiving future emails. Instructions for unsubscribing can be found at the bottom of each email.
To communicate with our volunteers for scheduling and other purposes. We do this only if you have signed up to serve as a volunteer with us. If you are no longer interested in serving as a volunteer, you may send us an email requesting that we remove you from the volunteer list.

We strive to maintain the security of information collected on our websites, and we utilize a variety of security measures to do so.
